Patient Services


Our pharmacy boasts a number of prescribing pharmacists to help you and your family with a variety of medical conditions and prescribing needs.


Our prescribing pharmacists can:

  • Initiate, renew, or adapt prescriptions
  • Assess medical conditions
  • Recommend appropriate treatment or referral when needed

Please be advised that not all conditions / illnesses require a prescription; some require non pharmacological therapy, while others require referral to other health care professionals.

Examples of conditions: eczema, acne, hyperpigmentation (age spots), heart burn (reflux), allergies, pains / strains, cold sores, thrush


Appointments are available for more in-depth consultations, and some services may be offered on a walk-in basis. Fees may apply.

Bio-Identical Hormone Consultations (BHRT)


Our pharmacists are trained in BHRT and offer private consultations in a confidential setting.

Services may include:

  • Lab requisitions to establish baseline levels
  • Personalized treatment plans
  • Prescription and dose adjustments


Medication Assessments


Meet one-on-one with a pharmacist to review your medications and health conditions.

We will:

  • Ensure your medications are working effectively
  • Identify potential issues or interactions
  • Collaborate with your healthcare providers

This service is free for eligible Albertans.

Our pharmacists can assess and prescribe for a variety of conditions, including:

  • High blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes
  • Asthma and allergies
  • Skin conditions (acne, eczema, rashes)
  • Minor infections (e.g., UTIs, strep throat)
  • GERD and digestive issues
  • Mental health (anxiety, depression)
  • Pain and minor injuries
  • Hormone therapy and contraceptives
  • Travel-related health needs
Injection Services


Our pharmacists are certified to administer a wide range of injections, including:

  • Vaccines (e.g., Hepatitis A/B, Typhoid, Influenza)
  • Vitamin injections (B12, D, A)
  • Hormone therapies
